With our BESTFIT™ Guarantee, we make sure you have complete peace of mind when measuring and ordering your window coverings. If you make a measuring mistake and need to order a replacement, we'll remake it at no cost to you!* You don't even pay for the return shipping of your old blind! *You only pay if there's a difference in price between your old and new blind, or if the new blind requires a shipping fee (generally, this applies when it's over 96" wide).
- You are limited to one remake per ordered item and a max of four item remakes per household, per lifetime (unless the error is our fault, in which case we will always make it right at no charge to you).
- Same-product exchanges only, within 30 calendar days of receipt of order.
- Changes are restricted to size and mount only.
- Refunds are not offered under this guarantee.

Not 100% satisfied? Best Blinds will do whatever it takes to make it right!
If for any reason, you're not 100% satisfied with the color, style, or quality of your blind or shade, we'll work with you to make it right.
Simply call us within 30 days after you receive your Best Blinds delivery and we'll assist you with the return process. Once returned, we'll send your replacement product, of equal or less value at no additional charge. If a replacement will not suffice for any reason, we'll be happy to credit back your purchase price. It's that simple. Our goal is to make every Best Blinds customer as happy as possible.
If you're looking for a different color, we'll assist with ordering a free sample in the new color. Once you receive the sample and you know you'll love it, call us and we'll order and ship your replacement window blind or shade. If the remake is higher in cost, you will only pay the difference for your new window treatment. If the replacement window treatment is over 96”, a shipping fee may be required.
NOTE: You must have received your product to qualify for this policy and it is required that the unwanted blinds be returned or donate PRIOR to ordering a replacement or issuing a refund. Please call us before donating or returning your window covering because prior authorization is required for any returns. Verification is required for donations too. You are limited to one replacement or refund per product; limit to 5 items per household per lifetime.
